Hello Lash friends, Thank you for choosing Wink Lashes. We are a Licensed beauty salon. Our Lash Artist are specializing in Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume eyelash extensions. Our goal is to make our clients glow from inside out, offering quality services at great prices. POLICIES; Cancellations/Reschedule We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 day before the beginning of your appointment to avoid extra fees. 48h notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel in less than 24h or same day you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. LATENESS ; If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. REFUNDS ; There’s no refunds after the service is provided. If you have any issues with your lashes, please reach out within 48h hours of your appointment and we can discuss a solution. If you get an allergic reaction unfortunately that’s something that can happen and it’s out of our hands. We can only offer an Free removal. FILLS ; You Must have 40% of lashes remaining for a “Lash Fill” service Less than 40% of lashes is considered a FULL SET and will be charged as such the day of service. NO, I do not work over other artists work. Please book a removal if you have lashes on from a previous lash artist.
